You do not need to take any other fitness classes if you are already working out with Elena's Barre 3-4 times a week unless you really want to. Our classes include all the necessary elements that your body, mind and soul need in the workout to make them safe and effective. Just stick to your fitness regime and enjoy the benefits of your hard work. 

Elena's Barre has connected all of the pieces together starting from the workouts, mindfulness work to food recommendations for you to form and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Depending on the theme, format of each workout and how you feel before each class, you will get the appropriate workout tailored to your needs with the accompanying music that matches the style of the class. Elena's Barre Teachers have a vast experience in teaching different fitness formats. So, you won't be bored. Different approaches and methodology allow EB instructors to teach people with various to no fitness background and accommodate the classes based on your specific needs and desires.
